Does flr. charge a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a $15 delivery fee that is added at checkout to all flower deliveries.
What areas do you deliver too?
We currently deliver to select areas within a 50 mile radius of Huntington Beach California. If the city you desire to have us deliver to does not come up when checking out we unfortunately will be unable to deliver to you at this time. Please keep an eye on our social media for updates on future expansions to our delivery range.
What do you do if no one is home to accept delivery?
We provide you with multiple time slot options for your required date of delivery, we suggest you choose a time when you feel most likely the recipient will be home. In the event that no one is available at requested time slot our flr. delivery drivers will leave in a safe spot out of the weather. A photo will be sent to the sender of said location [flr. is not responsible for delivery once it is left in safe location and photo is sent].
Will the flr. arrangement still be fresh if it sits outside for a few hours?
Yes! All flowers in arrangements are hand selected on the morning of delivery to ensure quality, a few hours out of weather will be okay!
Can I write a message to go with my flr. arrangement?
Yes! All flr. arrangements include a complimentary card. Please be sure to fill in your message in 'notes' section when completing order.
Can I send multiple flr. arrangements to multiple locations in the same transaction?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at this stage. If you wish to send multiple arrangements across multiple locations you will be required to submit each order as a separate transaction.
What areas do you offer flower event services?
We offer our services to multiple cities in the Southern California region as well as the greater Seattle area. If you are having an event and your location is not listed, please reach out and we will see what we can do to make all of your flower dreams come true.
