We have a no refunds, no returns policy, which means you cannot request a refund/return once order has been placed.


Damages and issues
Flr. hand picks fresh local blooms daily, if your arrangement is defective, damaged (outside of normal flower wear) or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at flr within 4 hrs of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
